Problems Downloading or Printing?

Some web links on this site are in Adobe PDF format, sometimes called "Adobe Acrobat format." To view these documents you must have Adobe's Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Reader Plug-In configured to work with your browser.  To download this free software from Adobe, click on the icon below and follow their instructions.

Printing Problems: If you can view the Acrobat documents on your screen, but you are having trouble printing in the sense that everything after the first page comes out as garbage, then try de-selecting the "download fonts once" check box from the print dialog box when printing. Also, if you are using the Acrobat "plug-in" as part of your web browser, be sure to print by clicking on the plug-in's "printer" icon, and NOT by clicking on the browser's print button.

Other common problems: Some people will occasionally get an "internal error" message when trying to load a PDF document with the Netscape "plug-in." This can often be made to go away by "reloading" the document, or re-sizing the browser and then reloading. If you are still having trouble, or you get a blank screen, try saving the file and then loading it directly into Acrobat Reader, bypassing Netscape.
